QuickLash FAQ

With the right application and aftercare, your QuickLashes can last up to 7days+.

You may be applying too much bond.
Next time you apply your QuickLashes, use a smaller amount - just dab a little at the root of your natural lashes. Applying too much can leave the lashes feeling tacky. If you notice a sticky residue, our SuperStay will fix this. It not only helps your lashes last longer, but also removes any leftover stickiness from your QuickLash set (as long as the residue isn’t caused by over-applying bond).

There can be many reasons your QuickLashes aren’t lasting as long as you’d like – here are the most common ones and how to fix them:
- Bond – Try applying a little more bond on your next application, but don’t overdo it. We recommend a small amount at the base of your natural lashes, or lightly along the lash spine to avoid excess.
- Clamping – This step is essential for a secure hold. After application, wait 5 minutes and then use your applicator to gently clamp your QuickLashes to your natural lashes. Repeat this morning and evening, and after a bath or shower.
- Prep – Make sure your lashes are clean, oil-free, and fully dry before applying. Use an oil-free cleanser to remove any dirt or residue.
- Avoid oils – Oil-based cleansers, moisturisers, or makeup around the eyes will break down the bond and shorten wear.
- Oily skin – If you have naturally oily skin around the eye area, it may affect lash longevity.
- Seal with SuperStay – Using our SuperStay ensures the bond is set and sealed, making your set last longer. Without it, the bond won’t hold as well.
- Water exposure – QuickLashes are water-resistant but not waterproof. If they get wet, don’t touch them – let them air dry and then clamp again to secure.
- Placement – Always apply your QuickLashes 1–2mm above the waterline. If they’re too close, moisture from the waterline can weaken the bond.
- Touching – Avoid touching your lashes throughout the day. Hands carry oils, dirt, and moisture that can transfer to the lashes and reduce longevity.
- Application technique – Longevity mostly comes down to correct application. Visit our How It Works page and watch the tutorials to perfect your technique.
- Bond – Try applying a little more bond on your next application, but don’t overdo it. We recommend a small amount at the base of your natural lashes, or lightly along the lash spine to avoid excess.

Yes! As long as you remove them carefully and keep them clean, you can reuse your QuickLashes multiple times. If you use remover to take them off, make sure all residue is completely cleaned away from the lashes before reapplying.
-
Make sure your applicator is always clean and free from any bond residue before applying. We recommend wiping it with an alcohol wipe. Avoid using QuickLash remover on your applicator, as this can leave behind residue that may affect your next application.
