Refund & Returns Policy
At Amor Lashes UK, we are committed to providing excellent service and delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand there may be occasions where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines when and how refunds apply, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Specific refund eligibility criteria and timelines may vary for each product.
1. Eligibility

Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from Amor Lashes UK.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty).

Due to hygiene, opened lashes, adhesives, or cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Reporting Timeframes

Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 7 days of delivery.

Missing/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with your picking list included.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order; return within 14 days after that.
3. Product-Specific Rules

Liquids: Cannot be returned if more than 14 days have passed.

Adhesives: Must be inspected on arrival and reported within 48 hours if faulty.

Allergy Issues: Report within 24 hours with patch test evidence, photos, and medical documentation.
4. Refund Process

Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Non-faulty returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.
5. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is processed.
7. Assistance Before Refunds

If you claim a product is not performing, we may offer assistance (via FaceTime or in-person consultation) before a refund is considered.
8. Promotional Bundles
- Bundle prices include a discount that applies only when the full bundle is bought and kept together. If you return part of a discounted bundle and keep the remaining items, the items you keep will be charged at their full individual (non-discounted) price. Your refund will be the amount you paid for the bundle, minus the full price of the items you keep. To receive a full refund on a bundle, the complete bundle must be returned.
9. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
