Refund & Returns Policy

At Amor Lashes UK, we are committed to providing excellent service and delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand there may be occasions where you need to return a product or request a refund. This policy outlines when and how refunds apply, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Specific refund eligibility criteria and timelines may vary for each product.


1. Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to products purchased directly from Amor Lashes UK.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless faulty).

  • Due to hygiene, opened lashes, adhesives, or cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.


2. Reporting Timeframes

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 7 days of delivery.

  • Missing/Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours with your picking list included.

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order; return within 14 days after that.


3. Product-Specific Rules

  • Liquids: Cannot be returned if more than 14 days have passed.

  • Adhesives: Must be inspected on arrival and reported within 48 hours if faulty.

  • Allergy Issues: Report within 24 hours with patch test evidence, photos, and medical documentation.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless items are faulty.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

  • Non-faulty returns may incur a 10% restocking fee.


5. Undeliverable Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.


6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is processed.


7. Assistance Before Refunds

  • If you claim a product is not performing, we may offer assistance (via FaceTime or in-person consultation) before a refund is considered.


8. Promotional Bundles

  • Bundle prices include a discount that applies only when the full bundle is bought and kept together. If you return part of a discounted bundle and keep the remaining items, the items you keep will be charged at their full individual (non-discounted) price. Your refund will be the amount you paid for the bundle, minus the full price of the items you keep. To receive a full refund on a bundle, the complete bundle must be returned.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
