To remove your QuickLashes safely, always use a QuickLash Remover to dissolve the Bond and help protect your natural lashes
Gently brush the remover through your lashes, focusing on the base where the QuickLashes are bonded to your natural lashes. Allow the remover to sit for around 30 seconds to begin breaking down the Bond. Using a cotton pad, gently slide the QuickLashes down and away from your natural lashes. Never pull or tug, if the lashes don't release easily, apply a little more remover and allow it to work before trying again. Once removed, brush through your natural lashes again and gently wipe away any remaining Bond residue.

If your lashes get wet, the most important thing is not to touch or rub them while they're damp, as this can cause the clusters to lift. Instead, allow them to air dry completely, then gently re-clamp them to your natural lashes to help maintain a secure hold.
